School strike week 249. Today the theme for our strike is biodiversity. It is crucial - both for the climate and biodiversity - that we #RestoreNature. This means restoring our greatest ally in tackling the climate and biodiversity crises. We now have an immense opportunity to turn the tide for nature in Europe: the Nature Restoration Law. 1/2
That some committees of the European Parliament are now in favour of rejecting this law is very alarming. We urge every member of the European Parliament to save this law - and by doing so save lives. Show your support and tell the decision-makers to restore nature here: restorenature.eu/en/take-action #StopExpansionStartRestoration

@gretathunberg thank you, for all you are doing
@gretathunberg @nunesgh Conservatism 2023: conservate industry profits, destroy our nature. Thanks #EPP and Manfred Weber.
#ClimateStrike Leader Greta and her troops out on a sunny day in Stockholm for Week 249 of #FridaysForFuture. The current focus is on the #EU #NatureRestorationLaw and the #Biodiversity Imperative. Stop the #Nihilists from destroying everything around us. Push to #RestoreNature everywhere! Accept no backsliding or push-back from Pols or the #LandRapers. #ClimateAction #RightNow goddammit. Be a #ClimateLeader in everything you do. #Decarbonization #BehavioralChange @gretathunberg
@gretathunberg yes, this is the main problem for all!
@gretathunberg Keep going. I'm sure it may feel futile sometimes, but you are having a huge impact just by keeping these critical issues at the top of the people's minds.
@gretathunberg I love that smile I love you so much my Queen!

I'm way behind on some matters, including my Mastodon timeline...
I'd really appreciate if you could put some links in your toots, so those who are like me can read up on the topic at hand.
Also to make it easier to tell the difference between facts and mis-/disinformation. I don't expect any falsehoods here but lots of alarming messages are spread these days mixing important concerns with falsehoods. That should get harder if all the good people cite their sources.
