The iconic Singaporean ice cream sandwich is not the usual cup or cone. It's a brick of ice cream, wrapped up in a slice of soft bread.
Usually available in various flavours & while some vendors will fold it up in a slice of regular white bread, others will use food coloring to give the bread a rainbow swirl.
Tastes absolutely excellent
