@fedel a lot really depends on your own interests tho as there is too much to do but these are some articles I'd found pretty good and put on my bucket list:

Certainly the cable car on a clearish day. Hiking is also great but not really on your own.

@fedel certainly some quite busy walking routes like Newlands Forest from the rangers station and also Kirstenbosch Gardens. AllTrails app is quite active and you'll see reviews and how busy trails are at https://www.alltrails.com/south-africa/western-cape/cape-town
