Rape is a patriarchal show of force, and thus status-giving. Worthless doesn’t matter because patriarchal status is much more valuable. White is higher in the American patriarchal hierarchy. Man is obviously higher in a patriarchal hierarchy.

He also displays a lot of things that are strengthening patriarchy, like anti-trans and anti-science.

Patriarchy might not explain everything about why he won, though.
